Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Clear, fair, and Razorpay-compliant. Read this before subscribing so there are no surprises.

This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all subscriptions purchased on alamaaraa, operated by LEDLINE PRIVATE LIMITED. It is governed by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
1. The short version
- Because access to a Telegram channel is granted instantly and digitally, subscriptions are generally non-refundable once activated.
- However, we will refund you in good faith if the service genuinely failed on our side. See Section 3.
- You can cancel at any time, but cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund of the unused portion.
2. Cancellation
Our subscriptions are not auto-renewing. They end automatically on the expiry date, and we remove you from the channel within an hour of that date. There is therefore no separate “cancellation” step needed to stop future charges.
If you wish to leave a channel before your subscription expires, you may do so directly via Telegram’s “Leave Channel” option, or email us at support@alamaaraa.com and we will remove you. Leaving the channel does not, by itself, entitle you to a refund. See Section 3.
3. When you may be eligible for a refund
We will process a refund in the following situations, subject to verification:
- Duplicate payment. You were charged more than once for the same subscription due to a technical error. The duplicate amount(s) will be refunded in full.
- Failed delivery. Your payment was successful but, despite our best efforts and yours, we could not issue you a working Telegram invite within 72 hours of payment. The full amount will be refunded.
- Service withdrawal. We discontinue the relevant course community before your subscription expires. We will refund the unused portion on a pro-rata basis.
- Demonstrable misrepresentation by us. If we materially mis-described the contents of a channel and you raise this within 7 days of joining, we will review and may refund.
4. When a refund will NOT be issued
- Personal change of mind or reconsidered budget after the subscription is active.
- Failure on your part to join the channel within the 24-hour invite window, where we are able to re-mint the invite on request.
- Suspension or termination of your account for violating our Terms of Service (including resale, harassment, or piracy).
- Dissatisfaction with the academic outcome of using our service. We make no guarantee that subscribing will produce a particular grade or admission outcome.
- Failure to use the channel actively. Unused subscription time is not refundable.
- Loss of access to your Telegram account, where the cause is outside our control.
5. How to request a refund
To request a refund:
- Email support@alamaaraa.com from the email address you used at checkout.
- Use the subject line
Refund request: <course code>, <Razorpay payment id>. - Include: the course you subscribed to, the date of payment, the Razorpay payment id (shown on your receipt), and a brief description of the problem.
We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and respond with a decision within 7 business days. If approved, the refund is initiated through Razorpay and credited to your original payment method within an additional 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
6. Refund mechanics
- Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used at checkout. We cannot refund to a different account, card, or UPI ID.
- Refunds are processed in INR. If your card issuer applies foreign-exchange or processing fees, we are not responsible for those.
- Once a refund is approved, channel access (if any remained) is immediately revoked.
7. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or dispute via your card issuer or bank without first contacting us, we may suspend your account and any other active subscriptions while the dispute is under review. We encourage you to contact us first. In nearly every case we can resolve the issue faster than a formal chargeback.
